🌿 Supporting Teen Wellbeing Through Yoga & Mind–Body Education 🌿
👋 my name is Charm & I’d like to share a little more about the work I do supporting young people through yoga, mindfulness, and wellbeing practices — both in the community and in education settings.
✨ Specialist Training in Teen Yoga & Yoga Therapy:
Alongside working with adult clients, I have chosen to specialise in teens. I have completed extra yoga teacher training and extensive yoga therapy training specifically focused on supporting teenagers. This allows me to offer developmentally-appropriate practices that help teens build strength, confidence, emotional regulation, and resilience.
✨Wellbeing Workshops in Schools:�
I provide schools with themed workshops on stress management, focus, emotional balance, exam support, and healthy habits. These sessions are designed to be engaging, accessible, and grounded in evidence-based practices.
✨ In-Person Classes for Homeschoolers:�
I run small, welcoming daytime yoga classes specifically for home-educated teens. These sessions offer physical activity, community connection, and a calm space to unwind and recharge.
✨ Online Teen Yoga for the Duke of Edinburgh Award:�
For 5 years I have run online yoga classes that qualify for the Physical section of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Flexible scheduling makes it easy for teens to stay consistent and meet their goals.
✨ Yoga Therapy for Mental & Emotional Health:�
I hold 1:1 yoga therapy sessions for teens experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, overwhelm, sleep or body issues & other mental health challenges. Sessions are gentle, tailored, and empowering.
