After a restful summer, we are pleased to let you know that we are reopening our doors on September 7th. We will be open as usual on Wednesdays 12.30 - 7pm, and Saturdays 8.30am - 1pm. Meet the team: Erika Fodor

Available for appointments on Saturdays 9am-1pm

Erika graduated from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine as a Traditional and Five Element Acupuncturist. She is currently studying for her post-graduate Gynaecology, Fertility, and Obstetrics Diploma.

Mental-emotional wellbeing is very close to Erika's heart. She integrates her experience as a psychologist with the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine to help restore balance in both body and mind. Erika also offers the Freedom Fertility Formula™ that teaches body-mind techniques to women and couples to help them cope on a challenging fertility journey.

Meet the team: Alice Douglas (co-founder of Hilltop Community Acupuncture)

Available on Wednesdays 12.30-7pm

Alice has an acupuncture clinic in Brockley, where she treats a wide array of conditions. She has a special interest in mental health, sleep disturbance, digestive issues and gynaecology.

Alice is a published author in the Journal of Chinese Medicine, and featured as a guest on the podcast Qiological due to her research in Moxa, a herb burnt during acupuncture treatments to greatly increase effectiveness. Alice brings this additional therapy to all patients to whom it would benefit.

Vanessa is an East London based acupuncturist with a background in yoga, breathwork and meditation. She believes acupuncture is about so much more than just needles but also a space for you to relax, to speak freely and feel supported in taking control of your health. Her treatments are an opportunity to explore different approaches, gather practical information and work out all the ways to help you to feel well.

Vanessa has a special interest in women’s health and menstrual wellness.
