For me, learning that the body is always working for our greater and higher good, to always protect us in some way, was a real game changer πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈβ­οΈ
It can be easy to feel fed up, sad, even depressed when we feel stuck in our health or when we're feeling unwell and this subtle change in perspective can make a real difference to how we view symptoms β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή
