That’s why anti-wrinkle treatments should always be tailored to the individual, with careful assessment of muscle strength, symmetry, and expression.

The aim here was to soften dynamic lines while maintaining natural movement and expression.

If you’ve tried everything and your skin still isn’t where you want it to be, it’s usually not because you’re doing something wrong.

Often, it’s simply that your routine hasn’t been properly tailored to your skin. The wrong ingredients, the wrong strengths, or too many changes at once can make it hard for skin to improve consistently.

In clinic, my approach is to work closely with you to understand your skin, simplify where needed, and build a routine that actually makes sense for you. This includes carefully selecting the most effective products and ingredients, and using in-clinic treatments where appropriate to support healthier, clearer skin over time.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. With the right plan, clear guidance and ongoing support, skin improvement becomes much more achievable.

My approach to aesthetics is centred around regenerative treatments - working with your body, not
against it.

I focus on treatments that stimulate collagen and support your skin’s natural repair process, like
polynucleotides, exosomes and Sculptra.

These treatments are about improving skin quality, structure and confidence over time, not overfilling
or changing how you look.

The reality is, good medical aesthetics should look subtle. It should restore, support and enhance, not
overpower.

Choosing a practitioner comes down to trust. Feeling heard. Knowing your face will be treated with
care, restraint and an understanding of what you actually want. Helping someone reach the point
where something no longer bothers them is huge. And being trusted as part of that journey is
something I never take lightly.

This is my current routine:
1st Medical grade skincare.
Microneedling with exosomes 3-4 x per year
Skinboosters 2-3 times a year
PRP 3 session course for face and under eyes.
Polynucleotides and peel 1 x per year.
Et al.
My patients know the full breakdown.
I strongly focus on regenerative treatments, targeting hyperpigmentation and maintaining a glow. ✨
Over time the routine may change but this is perfect for my current skin.
