This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (13–19 May) – and here at CCS Care Ltd, we’re taking the time to reflect, share, and support one another.
💚 Looking After Our Carers
Caring for others can be deeply rewarding, but also emotionally demanding.
Here are 3 quick tips to protect your mental wellbeing:
* 🧘🏽‍♀️ Take 10 minutes each day for deep breathing or reflection.
* ☕ Talk to someone you trust – never bottle things up.
* 🛑 Set boundaries – your wellbeing matters too.

Many of our clients live with anxiety, depression, autism, and sensory needs.
We support them by:
* Creating calm, predictable routines
* Using clear communication and gentle prompts
* Offering space and choice to avoid overwhelm
