This is a small group exercise class which is especially designed to give you a unique and powerful insight into hormonal health and the renowned Aviva Method under the expert care of physio Snjezana Skoric. Having held senior roles in both private clinical and studio settings, she collaborates closely with GPs and specialists to ensure a 360-degree approach to patient health.
Snjezana holds a BSc in Physiotherapy and has completed extensive postgraduate training in myofascial release, osteopathic medicine, and the Aviva method for hormonal balance. She is passionate about empowering her patients through education and preventative movement strategies.

About the Teacher – Claire Chaitanya

Claire Chaitanya (known by her spiritual name, Chaitanya) was initiated into Karma Sannyasa by Swami Satsangi of the Satyananda Yoga tradition. Born into the yoga tradition, Claire has practiced since early childhood.

She is experienced in Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, pregnancy, post natal yoga and Yin yoga, and holds diplomas in anatomy and physiology. Claire creates classes that honour the needs and intentions of each group, supporting both wellbeing and lifestyle goals. Claire is also a teacher trainer for pregnancy yoga.

The next therapist to introduce to you is someone who has a wealth of experience in massage and beauty treatments and has expertise in many blissful holistic therapies including hot stone massage, Indian head massage and also offers the renowned ‘Karuna Kaya’ full body massage treatment.

Jessica began her journey to wellness in 1997, when she completed a therapeutic massage ITEC qualification. Immediately upon the completion of her course, Jessica got an opportunity to work for at the prestigious Porchester Spa as a Massage Therapist. This opened the door to more opportunities to learn new skills and techniques and her experience and interest in holistic healing grew.

Jessica is a good listener, pays attention to detail and aims to help her clients receive the care and attention they require, always going to extra mile to tailor a treatment to the clients needs and recommending products to perfectly suit the client’s skin.

If you haven’t already experienced a treatment with Jessica, we really recommend you make a booking as we know you will come away feeling rested, rejuvenated and with an extra glow.
