About the Teacher – Claire Chaitanya
Claire Chaitanya (known by her spiritual name, Chaitanya) was initiated into Karma Sannyasa by Swami Satsangi of the Satyananda Yoga tradition. Born into the yoga tradition, Claire has practiced since early childhood.
She is experienced in Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, pregnancy, post natal yoga and Yin yoga, and holds diplomas in anatomy and physiology. Claire creates classes that honour the needs and intentions of each group, supporting both wellbeing and lifestyle goals. Claire is also a teacher trainer for pregnancy yoga.
