The Salt Cave

The Salt Cave Natural therapy for Asthma, Sinusitis, Hay-fever, COPD, Bronchitis, Bronchiectasis, Cystic Fibrosis, etc. Located in Earlsfield, South West London.

Salt Therapy is a low-risk treatment, drug-free and 100% natural. Suitable for all age groups suffering from Asthma, Bronchitis, COPD, Sinusitis, Hayfever, Colds, Coughs, Eczema & Psoriasis. The Salt Cave brings the story into the modern day. After becoming passionate about the efficacy of Salt Therapy, founder Denes Gal began a journey of consultation with scientists and doctors to develop Breeze Tronic Pro, the most sophisticated technology for replicating a salt cave. Strategic sensors are just one of the ways the salt levels in the atmosphere are continually monitored in our treatment rooms. Breeze Tronic Pro is far superior to cheaper options, which are ineffective and potentially harmful.

How it has helped:

I have had asthma since I was 4years old and now at 54 I also have hay fever, other allergies, COPD and ABPA. I struggle with my breathing daily and am prone to many chest infections.
Since starting the salt treatment, I have found that my breathing improves after the 1hour session and the journey back home is much easier to manage as I am less breathless.
I have noticed an improvement in my general health, breathing and energy levels after 5-6 sessions.
I have also noticed that now, after 19 sessions, I am having fewer chest infections too. This is remarkable and has been a very positive experience and I am hoping that I will continue to improve.
The staff are very kind and helpful and so welcoming. They have helped to make the whole experience of attending the salt cave a great one.
I look forward to having this salt treatment as I feel such good benefits and feel truly relaxed for the hour that I come here.
Truly a great experience. Thank you!

“What a difference a year makes!” - says Norma, COPD sufferer.
I have suffered from COPD – blocked sinuses – low oxygen levels – low immunity – yes you name it – for the past four years. I dreaded the winter particularly as I was regularly hospitalised with chest infections. Life just wasn’t great for me. I had difficulty walking and felt I was just existing.
Then a friend saw an article about SALT THERAPY – and pleaded with me to give it a try. Initially, I was dubious of being among other people and catching an illness. But they assured me it was a sterile environment and that the salt had natural properties which boost the immune system – so a year ago off I went to give it a try.
A year on, I still attend the Salt Cave on a weekly basis and found a vast improvement in my well being. I can now breathe easily through my nose again – my coughing has greatly reduced – I sleep so much better - I have never been hospitalised for any chest infections – my oxygen tested at the COPD clinic are much improved and my ability to walk distances has now returned. I am golfing again – albeit with the aid of a buggy – and recently, best of all – I no longer qualify for a “Disabled Parking Disc”!! which for me is simply wonderful. I rarely use inhalers and just in general I am feeling great.
I know that COPD is incurable, but certainly for me it is now much more manageable with medication backed up by sessions at the Salt Cave.
One other thing is that in the past year I haven’t had any steroids for my condition which because of their unpleasant side effects of weight gain and thinning skin, used to get me down.
I cannot begin to say how different I feel from a year on at the Salt Cave. My life is so much better and enjoyable. I love it.
So go on – if you suffer from any breathing disorders like me – please give the Salt Cave a try and hopefully, like me you will soon see the benefits. I would urge you to give it a fair chance, say with a minimum of five sessions.
