Something shifted in that room on Monday night.

Standing inside the beautiful Kensington Roof Gardens, watching a room full of extraordinary people release what was holding them back and wire their minds for the year they actually want.

This was the first in a series of exclusive group hypnotherapy sessions I’m hosting at The Roof Gardens this year - Monday’s session sold out, and I couldn’t have dreamed of a more beautiful home for this work.

We released self-sabotaging behaviours. We activated the RAS - the part of your brain that literally filters what you see as possible. And we set the mental foundation for 2026.

If you’re a Roof Gardens member, keep your eyes on their channels for the next session.

And if you’re not - well, maybe it’s time. 😉

The mind is everything. Let’s build yours. 🤍

Ever noticed that when you’re stressed, you feel it in your stomach first?

The gut and brain are in constant communication, influencing each other all day. That’s why stress is often felt physically before emotionally. The stomach has long been called the seat of emotion for a reason.

Supporting the gut matters for digestion, energy and how resilient the nervous system feels under pressure.

I’ve been using Bio-Kult Fast Dissolves Everyday Digestive System, which contains multiple strains of live bacteria designed to support the balance of gut bacteria. They dissolve on the tongue, no water needed, making them easy to use daily.

Small, consistent habits are what the subconscious responds to best, which is why a gentle 30-day approach works so well.

If you’d like to try the 30-Day Gut Health Reset, you can receive a FREE wellness journal while stocks last at Bio-Kult.com using the code NEWYEAR.

Your body will always choose survival over optimisation.

This is the truth the entire £27B longevity industry has overlooked, and it’s why so many people invest thousands in biohacking protocols, supplements, and treatments, yet still feel exhausted, anxious, and stuck.

At last month’s Luxury Network event, I shared why Mental Longevity™ is the missing foundation beneath every longevity protocol. Because here’s what the research shows: chronic psychological stress accelerates cellular aging faster than time itself.
You can’t red light therapy, cold plunge, or supplement your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. When your body believes it’s under threat, it shuts down repair, elevates cortisol, increases inflammation, and prioritises survival, not regeneration.

Mental Longevity™ isn’t another wellness trend. It’s the biological prerequisite for everything else to work.

The framework rests on four foundational pillars:
1. Nervous System Regulation: Safety before strategy
2. Thought Architecture: Stress is perception, not circumstance
3. Recovery & Sleep: Longevity is built in rest, not effort
4.Identity & Meaning: The body ages in line with the story the mind keeps telling

Before you optimise, you must regulate. Before you biohack, you must build the foundation. This is where sustainable health, performance, and aging truly begin.

More to come on each pillar. This is just the beginning.

It was so wonderful to be part of festival yesterday, where I hosted my own sold-out session.

The session was a live hypnosis experience, guiding everyone through a New Year reset. A chance to pause, let go of what no longer serves, and consciously reset intentions for the year ahead. The energy in the room was incredibly open and engaged, which made it really special to lead.

Such a lovely day reconnecting with friends and colleagues, and meeting so many inspiring new people. Huge thanks to and , the queens for creating such a beautifully curated festival. You could really feel the care behind every detail.

Grateful to everyone who joined, trusted the process, and stayed to chat afterwards 🤍

Really delighted to be featured in the Mumble Gazette with this piece on what drives ultra-high performers.

This conversation reflects so much of what I teach around mental longevity. Reaching your full potential is not just about effort or habits. It is about the internal landscape that supports clarity, resilience, identity, and long-term wellbeing.

These ideas sit at the heart of the mental longevity pillars I am currently developing, helping high performers build a mind that can sustain ambition without burnout.

Why it’s called Blue Monday (and what actually helps)

Blue Monday is said to be the most depressing day of the year.

The name came from a 2005 PR campaign that used a formula mixing weather, debt, broken New Year’s resolutions and low motivation. It stuck. Not because it’s scientific, but because it feels true to many people.

January is a perfect storm for the nervous system.
Less daylight. Less dopamine. More pressure to “start fresh” before you’ve even recovered from last year.

What I see in clinic isn’t depression appearing out of nowhere.
It’s accumulated fatigue meeting unrealistic expectation.

So instead of platitudes, here are real ways to survive and quietly thrive today, working with your subconscious rather than against it.

1. Stop forcing motivation
If you’re waiting to feel motivated before you move, you’ll just feel worse.
Lower the bar today. Do the minimum that feels kind.
When you stop pushing yourself, momentum has a funny way of coming back.

2 Remove one decision
Decision fatigue drains clarity.
Simplify something deliberately. Same outfit. Same lunch. One less choice.
Your subconscious relaxes when cognitive load drops.

3 Change your internal language
“I’m behind” signals threat.
“I’m recalibrating” signals safety.
Your subconscious takes language literally.

4 Create a micro-completion
Confidence rebuilds through completion, not motivation.
Finish one small thing. Send one reply. Clear one surface.
Your mind reads this as forward movement.

5 Be with someone who makes you feel good
The mind settles through connection.
Spend time with a calm friend, even briefly.
Perspective and safety are absorbed, not forced.

Low mood doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It often means something needs attention.

And attention, when given gently, is how things begin to shift.

Be soft today.
That’s not giving up.
That’s intelligent self-regulation. 💙

Jumping on the 2016 bandwagon, because it was right on the edge of my life changing completely. Looking back now, I honestly can’t quite believe how much I’ve evolved.

Scrolling through old photos, I barely recognise that woman or that life. It feels like a different person entirely.

Back then I was working across West End theatre, film, music and fashion, part owning a fabulous agency. I worked on major productions, from turning London green for Wicked’s 10th West End birthday to organising the opening night party for No Man’s Land, which remains my favourite project of that era. I loved collaborating with Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen, they were absolute dreams. And there was something truly special about seeing our little logo up in lights as we sponsored awards alongside Nicole Kidman.

There were unforgettable moments and so many stories I could tell but not on an Instagram post. Red carpets, press nights, award shows. Dressing Jimmy Choo in some very Kinky Boots. Living out of a suitcase at film festivals from Berlinale to Cannes and making beautiful friendships along the way. Hell, I even outright owned my own Porsche.

From the outside, it looked like a dream life.

But the truth is, behind the smile I was miserable.

I was going through a separation, living in Surrey, stressed and painfully skinny. I felt deeply off track in my career. And beneath all the sparkle, I was lost.

I want to reach back through time and hug that version of me. She was sad, scared, and completely unaware of just how lost she was.

Reinvention and finding your path is one of the most magical things. I wouldn’t take any of that pain back, because it shaped me into the woman I am now.

And I truly couldn’t be happier.

I really love recording podcasts. Not the polished, perfect version, but the honest conversations where you can actually go a layer deeper.

This morning I was at Late Late Aesthetics talking about something I care a lot about: mental longevity. Not just living longer, but staying mentally clear, emotionally regulated, and resilient as life gets fuller and more demanding.

We talked about how chronic stress and fight or flight don’t just affect mood. They change hormones like cortisol and melatonin, impact sleep, accelerate skin ageing, disrupt hydration, and quietly wear the system down over time. That’s mental longevity for me. It’s the nervous system piece people often miss when they focus only on supplements, skincare, or treatments.

Loved chatting with Vanessa. It felt real, curious, and grounded, the kind of conversation where you can actually connect the dots between mind, body, and long-term wellbeing.

Can’t wait for this episode to come out. More soon 🤍

So much has already happened in the first week of January that it almost feels like a month has passed.

But I wanted to pause and flash back to last Monday.

Seeing my first full-page article in a national newspaper was one of those quiet, grounding moments. The Daily Mail, a full page, sharing not just my work but my own relationship with alcohol, moderation, and what actually creates lasting change beneath the surface.

And while online reach is powerful, I’ll admit I’m a little old fashioned. Seeing it in print hits differently. Something about holding the page, knowing it’s there in black and white, feels extra meaningful.

It mattered because it wasn’t about extremes or labels. Just honesty, awareness, and learning to work with the mind rather than against it.

I did happen to glance at the comments on DailyMail.com… I’ll save that for another story 😂
If you know, you know.

A reminder that sometimes the biggest milestones don’t shout. They land, settle, and gently remind you that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.

Here’s to a year that’s already moving fast, and to taking a moment to actually notice what’s unfolding.

Just took cold therapy to the next level at 111CRYO where the chamber hits a crazy -89°C and my skin temp dropped all the way to 12°C 🔥❄️!

There’s something addictive about that cold shock and the way it makes you feel after. ❤️‍🔥‍‍

Took my best friend Lally for her very first cryo session and we both lasted 5 minutes (my previous was just 3 🥶). Proud of us!

Why I’m obsessed with cryo:
✨ Firmer, more toned skin and improved complexion from boosted circulation & oxygen delivery.
✨ Reduced inflammation and quicker muscle recovery.
✨ Endorphin rush and natural energy lift.
✨ Mood boost and clearer focus.
✨ Better sleep and overall wellbeing.

If you haven’t tried whole-body cryo yet, this might be the sign
