In this introductory session to breath work we will be learning to breathe to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, the network of nerves that relaxes your body after periods of stress or danger.

No previous experience of breathwork is required, but this session has been designed for those experiencing grief after a bereavement and is not suitable if you are pregnant or have had major surgery in the last 2 years.
