So many clients suffer with tight infraspinatus muscles, with pain and tingling often referring down the arm into the thumb and index finger, usually from long hours in front a screen. The infraspinatus is one of four rotator cuff muscles. I treated a client yesterday with the same issue and she has said it feels so much better after two treatments and a strengthening programme. I used trigger pointing, myofascial release, fascial work and heat. Book in on link above for a treatment.
