Hello love birds, here is a yummy

👉OATS (vit. Folate/ minerals calcium 8%, Magnesium 69%, Phosphorus 82%, Potassium 19%, Zinc 41% / protein 53% / omega-3 fatty acids 173 mg).
👉Banana (vitamins A, C 33%, Folate/ minerals magnesium15%, potassium 23%, manganese 30% / omega 3 fatty acid 60.8mg).
👉Strawberries (vitamin C 98%/ minerals, calcium, iron, manganese / omega -3 fatty acids 65mg).
👉Medjool dates (vitamin A, folate/ minerals, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium).
🍓Banana Pancakes with Strawberry Jam 🍓
Ingredients:
2 cups of whole grain oats (gf)
4 bananas
1½ cup water
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
Jam ingredients:
200g strawberries
4 medjool dates
Using the blender, add oats to make the flour. In a large bowl, place oat flour, cinnamon, bicarbonate of soda, and baking powder (mix well). Place bananas on a plate and use a fork to mash well.
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients into the batter, leaving to rise for 15 min.
Once the pan is hot, pour 1-2 tablespoons of the batter into a pan to make one pancake until the desired pancake size is reached. When you cook your pancakes on each side until golden, keeping them warm in a low oven as you go. Serve with strawberry jam for toppings. Strawberry jam: Place strawberries and medjool dates into a blender (blend until smooth). Serves 2-4
