Oasis Care and Training We are a Provider of Specialist and Generic Domiciliary Care Services OASIS is a community based organisation of enduring strength.

We've been privileged to play a role in helping thousands of people all over London to be cared for and supported through more than 25 years of change. As the demand for social inclusion has grown alongside higher expectations from those who we support, we've been able to successfully demonstrate our ability to lead on statutory changes such as the 2014 Care Act to accommodate this. From a small charity in the early 1990’s dependent solely upon grant income, we have today a Board of Trustees with a formidable team of Managers and Staff committed to our charitable mission to help vulnerable people to have a better quality of life and well-being in the community they live. We credit our strength and endurance by adhering to a set of social values, and to the character of our people who work and volunteer for us in our day to day service delivery.

🌟 Farewell to Khadra Abdi after 22 Years of Service 🌟

Today, we celebrate and honor the incredible dedication of Khadra Abdi, who is retiring from OASIS Care and Training after 22 years of outstanding service.

Khadra has been more than a colleague—she has been a mentor, a friend, and an inspiration to all who had the privilege of working alongside her. Her compassion, commitment, and tireless efforts have touched the lives of countless individuals, leaving behind a legacy of care and excellence that will never be forgotten.

As we say goodbye to this remarkable chapter, we extend our deepest gratitude to Khadra for her unwavering loyalty and contributions to OASIS. We wish her joy, health, and happiness in this exciting new chapter of life.

We at OASIS are very saddened to learn the passing of Steve Lawrence. Steve was a good friend to OASIS over a decade and half and he will be greatly missed.
