I've been following the amazing work of the Man Cave for a few years now - a dedicated mental health support group just for men, based in MK and the surrounding areas. Theyve created a wonderful community, offering supportive/safe spaces, connection and hope for men who are struggling. I was chuffed when they asked me to put together a bunch of silent fidgets for use in their therapy sessions. They've always found fidgets helpful during the sessions but wanted to invest in some more durable & less childish ones.
