We’ve teamed up with to deliver our Meditation for Emotional Regulation workshop.
Spend 90 minutes settling into yourself, connecting with your inner world through the use of journal prompts and guided meditation to bring you into the present moment, engaging with your thought processes and feelings leading to emotional regulation.
Feel free to share your experience of the session amongst the group, or have some quiet personal reflective time.
An aroma of Himalayan Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang and Orange & Mandarine oils will fill the air through your experience.
Sessions will be held weekly on a Monday at 11am at the Southwark Resource Centre, SE17 by pre booking only.
