We’ve teamed up with to deliver our Meditation for Emotional Regulation workshop.

Spend 90 minutes settling into yourself, connecting with your inner world through the use of journal prompts and guided meditation to bring you into the present moment, engaging with your thought processes and feelings leading to emotional regulation.

Feel free to share your experience of the session amongst the group, or have some quiet personal reflective time.

An aroma of Himalayan Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang and Orange & Mandarine oils will fill the air through your experience.

Sessions will be held weekly on a Monday at 11am at the Southwark Resource Centre, SE17 by pre booking only.

Why it’s important to affirm yourself, especially aloud if you are in a safe place to be able to do so. Even a whisper can change your coarse.

Begin a day with “I will”, and “I am”. End the day calling back your energy, gathering your thought process and setting intentions for the next day if you have the capacity to do so.

It can sometimes feel as though things are too far gone, that too much damage has been caused.

In this, is often deep rooted fear, guilt and shame. Only when we have the courage to face ourselves can we feel freedom.

Destruction is inevitable at some point in our lives. It acts as marker. An opportunity to reset after the pause and regathering.

What is damaged beyond repair?
What can be repaired through the labour of love and care?

Moments are created and serve a purpose, however they make us feel, whatever the scenario. It can be difficult to decode the why’s, and it can take much time for the mind to accept, and for the body to feel.

This is where we come in. To guide you through the challenging and complex scenarios life can bring, allowing you to come to an understanding, reasoning and flow in ways that serve you.

As I was about to close my blinds evening the moon and pastel sky caught my attention. As soon as I picked my phone to capture, these two beauties came into shot, as if the universe was sending some messages:

“We’re here to make things better”
“Being at home feeling content is a precious moment”
“You’re never alone”
“You’re safe”
“There is a soft place to land”
“Be present, listen to the gentle nudges”

I sat with these birds for a while. A form of meditation and grounding. There is something precious about seeing them rest together. It is gentle, calm, not rushed.

Living in a busy city, there is also a reminder that quiet and still can be found.

Rest in the knowing that what you need will present. Remain connected, remain curious and remain centred.

Wishing you a very blessed year ahead. May you receive all you need on this journey in life.
