Mundi is a boxer with us HARDFitness - Hamsey Green. Today he came in for a sports massage to help with some tension in his right shoulder. Due to the hunched over guard position in boxing tight shoulders and upper back are common (as well as in driving, typing and plenty other daily tasks). We treated the muscles around the shoulder blades, the rotator cuffs and the upper arm. The aim was to loosen the muscles providing the base for the arm to move in and to improve 3D movement in the shoulder capsule.
