Anxiety in the UK is both widespread and urgent:
In England, around 20.2% of adults (≈ 9.4 million people) report a common mental health condition, with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) alone affecting 7.5% of adults.
In any given week, about 6 in 100 people in England are living with GAD.
Referrals for anxiety among children and young people have more than doubled since pre-pandemic levels (≈ 204,500 in 2023–24 vs ~98,900 in 2019–20). The Guardian
These numbers signal a major opportunity for integrative, multi-model mental health care - one that merges western therapeutic tools with mind-body-energy approaches.
➡️ That’s where The Passi Method comes in: our 12-week programme is designed to support individuals experiencing anxiety disorders by integrating Ayurvedic principles (guna balance, dosha awareness, kosha levels), energy-therapy tools and self-regulation practices.
Early practitioner reports show very promising results for participants - greater emotional regulation, increased resilience and self-awareness.
If you’re a therapist, practitioner, researcher, NHS commissioner or social-prescribing partner - the moment to explore new models is now. We’re bringing Ayurveda and energy therapy into alignment with mainstream care so more people can access freedom from anxiety and start their journey of self-discovery.
