1 in 7 women in the UK will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

That’s why conversations like this one matter.

Earlier this month, we partnered with to host a filled with learning, stories, and connection.

From ‘s powerful presentation, to a deeply moving panel with Anjli Khawani and .power.health , we explored early detection, the reality of living with breast cancer, and the importance of regular checks.

It wasn’t just about awareness, it was about action, empathy, and empowering people with the knowledge to protect their health.

Here’s a glimpse into an afternoon that left us inspired, informed, and reminded of what community can achieve.

In 2025, AI is doing more than just automating tasks—it’s helping workplaces tackle stress, burnout, and digital fatigue.

Here’s how AI is already supporting employee wellbeing:

Burnout detection – Analyses work patterns to flag early signs of overload.

Smarter scheduling – Reduces back-to-back meetings and creates focus time.

Personalised wellbeing nudges – Break reminders, mindfulness prompts, and tailored resources.

24/7 confidential support – AI-powered chatbots and virtual therapy options make it easier to ask for help without stigma.

But here’s the catch—AI can’t replace genuine human care. The most effective workplaces combine tech insights with real conversations, strong leadership, and a culture that puts people first.

At Treat Your Staff, we believe technology should enhance—not replace—the human touch in workplace wellbeing. When AI and empathy work together, everyone wins.

Today’s your sign to swap four wheels for two!

It’s Cycle to Work Day — the perfect excuse to leave the car keys behind, hop on a bike, and give your mind (and legs!) a healthy boost.

But this day isn’t just about cycling — it’s about finding joy in movement, reducing stress, and creating healthier workplace routines.

Here’s why cycling to work might be your new best habit:
- It reduces stress and boosts endorphins
- It sneaks in your daily exercise
- It improves mental clarity and focus
- It’s a win for your wellbeing and the planet

Whether it’s your commute, your lunch break, or a post-work pedal, every ride counts.

📸 Got a team cycling challenge or a solo spin selfie? Tag us — we’d love to see how you roll. 🚲

Let’s be honest:
Many of us take time off but don’t actually switch off.
We check emails “just in case,” stay logged into Slack, or keep our minds half at work—and wonder why we still feel exhausted after a holiday.

This summer, we’re inviting you to do things differently.

Because your time off isn’t a luxury—it’s part of your wellbeing strategy.

Here are a few ways to protect your peace while you’re away:

Set clear boundaries before you leave.
Let your team know what can wait. Communicate expectations so you can log off with confidence.

Turn off notifications.
Better yet, delete the apps. You deserve to be fully present in your time away from work.

Do something joyfully “unproductive.”
Read a book. Sit in the sun. Take a long walk with no destination. You don’t have to earn your rest.

Plan a gentle return.
Block your first hour back to catch up, not crash. Start slow and re-centre before the to-do list takes over.

When you care for yourself, you return with more clarity, energy, and purpose—not just for work, but for life.

Yoga isn’t just about poses - it’s about pausing.

Today is , and whether you’ve never tried it or it’s your go-to mental reset, this is your reminder to slow down and reconnect.

Yoga helps us:
- Ease stress
- Release tension from long hours at our desks
- Regain focus
- And most of all — just breathe

You don’t need a mat, flexibility, or an hour of free time.
Sometimes, yoga looks like:
✔ A deep breath between emails
✔ A gentle twist in your office chair
✔ Noticing how your body feels right now

So today, give yourself a moment - even just one - to move with intention, allowing yourself to pause and find balance & peace.

Let’s celebrate 10 years of International Yoga Day, created by the UN to honor yoga's global impact on health, peace, and harmony.

Happy International Day of Yoga!🧘🏻‍♀️

Tomorrow is Global Wellness Day — a worldwide reminder to stop, breathe, and reconnect.

This year’s theme, , invites us to slow down and find our way back to what matters:
- Ourselves
- Our teams
- Nature
- Our wellbeing

It doesn’t have to be big.
- Step outside for 10 minutes.
- Stretch between meetings.
- Put your phone away and check in with a colleague — for real.

At Treat Your Staff, we believe that wellness starts with small moments of awareness and kindness — at work, at home, and in between.

So wherever you are today, we’re inviting you to take one mindful step closer to feeling well, connected, and human.

💭 How are you reconnecting today? Drop it in the comments or tag us in your moment of pause 💙

"He’s always calm.”
“He never complains.”
“He seems fine.”

Men are often praised for being the ""strong, silent types"" at work — but silence isn’t always a sign of strength. Sometimes, it’s a sign of burnout, isolation, or just not knowing how to ask for help.

🧠 1 in 8 men in the UK experience a mental health condition, and yet men are far less likely to reach out.

So what can we do?
- Start normalising real answers to “How are you?”
- Be the kind of teammate who listens without fixing
- Encourage breaks, connection, and conversation
- And remember: wellbeing doesn’t look the same for everyone

This Men’s Health Week, let’s check in — not just once, but often.

It’s Time We Talk About Men's Health

Did you know that half of all men in the UK experience mental health struggles at some point, yet many still feel they can't speak up? 🙊

At Treat Your Staff, we're committed to smashing the stigma around men's health. Here’s why it matters:

🔹 Mental Health: Almost a third of men are unsure where to seek help when they're struggling mentally. It's vital we create supportive workplaces where men feel comfortable to openly share their feelings without fear of judgement.

🔹 Relationships & Health: 50% of men say that sexual function problems have impacted their relationship.

🔹 Generational Gap: Older generations often find it difficult to discuss health openly. Encouraging open, empathetic conversations across all ages is essential to building trust and improving health outcomes for everyone.

Let's break down barriers together and encourage openness—because men’s health matters to us all. 💪🗣️
