What happens after the treatment?

“Everything feels lighter now, everything is in the right place… but how do I keep it this way?”
A treatment sets a process in motion – a process your body, nervous system and fascia continue together.
Fascia isn’t just a layer of tissue you can press or loosen.
It learns, remembers and adapts.
But for lasting improvement, these three things matter:
– Retraining your nervous system, so your body doesn’t fall back into the old (and unhelpful) patterns.
– Movement, because this keeps your connective tissue flexible and helps the layers glide more easily.
– Hydration and proper recovery, because your tissues also need nutrients, rest and a bit of loving care.
The therapist only starts the process — 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞.
Your body learns, adapts, grows.
And when you take care of it, it truly gives back.
