At Fitology Hub, we specialise in empowering women, particularly those aged 40+, through intimate group training sessions and personalised coaching that supports physical, mental, and emotional well being.

Our environment is supportive, welcoming, and community focused. We’re more than just a gym. We’re a space where women build strength, confidence, and connection.
