A lot of women quietly assume that if something feels hard to keep up with, they must be doing something wrong.

Not disciplined enough.
Not motivated enough.
Not committed enough.

But for many women, that isn’t the case.

There’s effort there.
There’s intention.

Often, it’s simply that the pace or the plan doesn’t match the life being lived.

When something keeps feeling hard to carry, it’s worth paying attention to that.
Not to judge.
Just to ask whether the approach truly fits.
