I was recently featured in an article by The Times titled “How Billionaires Deal with Burnout.” Burnout is defined as a state of physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion caused by prolonged, unmanaged stress. It’s a condition affecting an increasing number of people today, and the article explores the specialist services sought by “the rich and famous”.
Within the feature, my therapeutic reflexology is described as a practice that helps release blockages…not only in the body, but also in the mind and spirit.
