Moment of Vulnerability:
It’s a journey to fully love one self. I started from very little self regard and feeling worn out by life, to feeling young and in-love with what I created: Myself and my life 😍

It’s not an easy thing to do which is to redirect my energy to seeking love within, when I had very low self esteem, from seeking it from the outside which I was used to doing for many years.

I’ve been doing self love meditations for many years. And when I am at my lowest moments, I meditate for longer to help raise my frequency to attract positive change in my life..

Meditation for me is a way to redirect my attention from the outside world to my inside world which matters more, because what I see around me is a projection of what’s inside and a result of my own choices and decisions.

I will admit that there are some areas in my life and being that needs more love. Like I said it is a journey, and not a switch. And, I am determined to continue on this path even though it could get hard sometimes.

We are somehow programmed by the world to be harsh and mean to ourselves. We become conditioned that this is the only to improve.
When actually it is a limiting way to improve and may even and most of the time keep us stuck where we are.

Back with Fresh Energy 👑☀️
It’s been a while since I posted something.
I’ve been creating a whole new life for me, because sometimes we are called to do that for the sake of our own expansion and growth. I will share my journey with you soon, as we are all human and we connect through our stories. This is how we can love more,

In the meantime, I’ve been working on how I want to show up for my clients and everyone else who feels connected to my posts and shared that it helped them in different ways..

You Are an Infinite of Possibilities Waiting to Happen!

Never allow anyone to tell you that your wishes and dreams are not possible..

People who do that a lot, are downers. They live in constant fear, and subconsciously want people around them to live in the same fear.

Fear is Toxic!!!
It is toxic to heart and to the body!! And will keep you living in your head, STUCK!

True Love uplifts, and helps you find possibilities for your dreams,
rather than shut them down with impossibilities or shame.

Be careful who you spend your precious time with 💗

We are not powerless kids anymore!��As children we do not have much power over people who are older and bigger than us in size.��Specially when we go through abuse in our younger years, we feel our powerlessness even more.��And through time this powerlessness becomes a habit, and a behavior. We can become stuck in our powerless inner child for a long period of time.��And it is only when we realize that we are in bigger bodies, and have our freedom as adults, that we can start reclaiming our power, and healing.

My soul promised me that I would have a life filled with adventure & love, and so I follow.

Here I am backpacking at 38years old for the first time, living minimally for the upcoming 5 weeks, and will be discovering more parts of me interacting in new environments and conditions..

I’ve always read, watched movies, or listened to other friends’ adventure travels, and I have always wished to go on one myself.
