Looking forward to seeing you all tonight, dancing together whilst we still can. We have only this week and next week so come join us all to acknowledge what a year we have had! to celebrate with each other how lucky we have been to dance in such a big space with so many people. Come dance your frustration and sadness that this is still ongoing and lets use our collective dance to pray together.

sometimes i think i'm tired and can't be bothered to go to dance. Ive learnt to pick myself up and just show up on the dance floor. even if i dance slow, or down on the floor. I always feel better for going. Sometimes I find the energy once i'm on the dance floor. The tunes, the vibe, the other dancers. Sometimes my low energy was just a low mood or anger hiding and I let rip on the dance floor. I have learnt to show up no matter how I feel.

Dance is my practice, my spiritual HOME, my therapy. Wednesday nights... however you feel, come dance, come HOME

Thanks to all of you, for the dances of the past and now. Her's a song to express my gratitude...
It was so lovely to dance at HOME last Wednesday, while Chris Connors played the tunes for us all. I remembered so many dances past and gone and had new dances and made new memories.
