I had a friend called Alicia Bray from 1972 to 1980 whose date of birth was 23/11/1963.
She had 3 brothers Vincent Richard abd Francis. Mum was Ruth and ahe came frim Guernsey and came to UK 1950's when she wss called Miss Gardener.
They moved to Guernsey from 2 Leslie Road Birchingtin Kent early 1980's.
I got married 1982 and her Dad attended.

Chronic pain can come on when muscles try to correct for an nbalance in joint moblity but osteopath treatment can be the answer.
A woman hurt her back from a road traffic and over the following years she was able to bend forward but not backwards and her back muscles painfully overworked as a result. Then with treatment her hips got better at extension so it appeared she could now bend backwards. so her back muscles could now recover and the pain in them significantly lessened
The treatment for chronic pain was helping the body to successfully compensate for loss of spine movement by increasing hip movement. This help with compensating mobility does help with other pain conditions.
