May be bit controversial however I pretty much agree with this article...
I say 'pretty much' because it's really blimmin long and wordy and there were a few points were I felt a twinge inside, but couldn't always be bothered ( 😂) to really check in and see if it was a point I disagreed with, something I didn't fully understand (it can get wordy lol and I've got the excuse that I have a baby) or if it was triggering part of my shadow 😜
Good read though.
