Being a helper/carer is just my nature, but on the shadow side of that dedication to service I have often neglected my Self and personal needs and wishes. This month however i have made it all about my own healing, in honour of this spirit I carry, this body I inhabit, this life I breathe, this story unfolding. What a privilege, honour and blessing to be able to do so. Deep bow to my ancestors for all the sacrifices to bring me here 🙏❤️
