Exploring playfulness
Expanding the heart

Such a delicious way to start our day
Have a little break from all that is out there..
Coming back to reality a little stronger to cope, to shine ✨

In today’s run through Greenwich Park, my heart expanded witnessing the beauty around. Tears of joy and gratitude started running down my face… I’ve allowed the flood to intensify. It was only when I started sneezing that it hit me —— bloody hay fever!!! 🫣🙄
Oh well, still grateful 😂

Today I was offered a seat on the tube.. She was a beautiful young woman with a wrinkle free face and not a single white hair in her impressive mane. I don’t even remember how it felt to be her age, because I took it for granted…
Today, when the white is taking over and wrinkles are dominating the landscape, I fall in love with life like never before... Here’s to pro-ageing and seats on public transport 👵😉
