Last week I travelled to Düsseldorf with Aidite…

The AS1 alone is milling-centre level technology, and as far as we know makes us the only dental lab in the UK (possibly Europe) running one.

Immediate loading doesn’t mean sacrificing precision — it means capturing the right data at the right time.

Appointment 1 – Final data capture
* Fresh photogrammetry scan after MUA’s were re-torqued
* IOS scan of the adaptive soft tissue using scan flags

Capturing the tissue once it has adapted gives us the true relationship between implants, prosthesis and soft tissue.

Appointment 2 – Final prosthesis fit.

🚨SOMETHING BIG JUST LANDED AT BITERITE🚨

After two years of planning, we’ve installed four new milling systems — including the Dyamach AS1, which as far as we know makes us the only dental lab in the UK (and possibly Europe) running one.

This is milling-centre level technology.

Our new setup includes:

⚙️ Dyamach AS1 (3.7KW) – designed for extremely accurate bars and pre-mill abutments
💧 Dyamach DS1+ Wet – a 5-axis milling machine for lithium disilicate blocks
🔩 Dyamach DS1 Dry – high-power zirconia milling with 90° milling capability for highly detailed work
🛠 Roland DWX-53 Dry – reliable high-precision production

For our customers, this means greater accuracy, better fit and more predictable implant restorations.

This level of manufacturing control is what allows us to deliver engineering-led implant prosthetics.
