Apple cider vinegar is not going to do much for weight loss unless it makes you eat less and then that gets you into a calorie deficit.

I wouldn’t recommend it to save your money.

Whether it’s weight loss toning up or building muscle, you just need to follow a few simple habits and be consistent with them.

But saying things like you need to find a diet you can stick to that keeps you in a calorie deficit or you need to get enough sleep and steps and build strength is kind of boring on social media nowadays .

But these things are the big rocks and the things that get results.

If you want to tone up or or lose some fat message me and we can see if you’re a good fit for my online coaching program.

There is a difference between fat oxidation and fat loss on your body. Fat oxidation is using fat for energy and fat loss on your body only occurs when you create a calorie deficit.

You don’t need to worry about your insulin if you are not diabetic. You don’t need to worry about what time you walk or do steps you just need to do them and be consistent with them.

If you want simple fitness advice that works, give me a follow. Ya tu sabes!

Every day it works for the same reason it creates a calorie deficit. Hopefully you know that by now

Three main ways that every diet works to reduce your calories is as follows.

⏰Time restriction. You simply reduce the amount of time in which you eat. E.g. between 12 and 8 pm.

🥩 The next method is dietary restriction. E.g. carnivore where you only eat meat. Low carbohydrate and Paleo would also fit here for example

📱 the last one is calorie restriction where you count calories and whey foods and track it. This is the most accurate and it’s also quite flexible because even though you eat mostly Whole Foods, you can still eat your favourite treats whilst losing weight.

You have to choose the one that you can stick to and the one that feels least restrictive to you . If you want help finding the right diet for you and you want someone to support you on your weight loss journey write you a fitness program message me and we’ll see if you’re a good fit.

If you want the best results, you need to ditch these crap combo exercises.

Your legs can lift a lot heavier dumbbells than your arms and your leg muscles are much bigger than your biceps.

If you want to do this kind of training in a better way lift some heavy dumbbells for the reverse lunges put them down and get some dumbbells that challenge your biceps and do bicep curls with them .

Separate the exercise exercises and lift heavier weights, but it will be better for Building muscle and toning up .

If you want someone to take care of your training and write you a personalised program, DM me the word coach .

To get a flat stomach, you have to do boring things and be consistent with them. It’s not about eating a magic food..

You have to create a calorie deficit, exercise regularly, do resistance training ideally and stay active each day.

You have to get enough sleep eat mostly Whole Foods eat enough protein and fibre et cetera .

As you lose body fat because you’re in a calorie deficit, your stomach will become flatter.

People in the fitness industry like to make things seem more complicated than they are and like to make themselves appear to be very intelligent and like they have something new to offer when they don’t .

If you want simple fitness advice, give me a follow .

Your environment is one of the most important things when it comes to making your weight loss easier.

You don’t wanna have to rely on willpower all the time as it’s exhausting.

Have a look at your kitchen your cupboards in your fridge and ask yourself are they really set up to help you win during your weight loss journey?

Make foods that are nutritious filling and lowering calories easy to get to. Have a fruit bowl around.Etc

Make foods that high in calories and easy to eat harder to get to or just don’t keep them in the house for awhile.

Make sure your fridge is full of fruits and vegetables high protein foods that you enjoy and things that you can make nutritious filling meals with the fit into your calorie intake.

Most gym goers don’t even follow a program.

The problem with this is they often lose motivation.

If you’re working towards a goal and progressing it’s super motivating.

If you want someone to write your personalised program for you and keep you accountable. Dm me .

When you plan things out. Think about what you can realistically do on a “bad” week or day.

It helps with consistency and staying on track as even when things get tough you can still stick to something and keep up the momentum.

Message me if you’re interested in me helping you lose fat and tone up this January.

Get your rows right. This exercise is very commonly not done properly in the gym.

People often don’t let their shoulder blade move.

Or they don’t control the weight.
