Most people don’t fail. They just stop. ✋
That was Jamie before T2Fit.
He’d train for a couple of weeks… then fall off.
Never quite building momentum.
Not happy with how he looked. Not feeling his best.
He started with our 90-day programme, ready to give it a real shot. 👊
But part way through, he realised something.
This couldn’t be another short-term push. It had to be long term.
So he upgraded to the year programme and fully committed. 👏
Since then:
✅ Consistent training
✅ Dropped body fat
✅ Built serious strength
✅ Improved his form
✅ More mindful habits inside and outside the gym
Now he’s stronger, more confident, and locked into the process.
He loves the coaching experience and feels supported every step of the way and that support has made all the difference 🙌
