Most people don’t fail. They just stop. ✋

That was Jamie before T2Fit.

He’d train for a couple of weeks… then fall off.
Never quite building momentum.
Not happy with how he looked. Not feeling his best.

He started with our 90-day programme, ready to give it a real shot. 👊

But part way through, he realised something.
This couldn’t be another short-term push. It had to be long term.

So he upgraded to the year programme and fully committed. 👏

Since then:

✅ Consistent training
✅ Dropped body fat
✅ Built serious strength
✅ Improved his form
✅ More mindful habits inside and outside the gym

Now he’s stronger, more confident, and locked into the process.

He loves the coaching experience and feels supported every step of the way and that support has made all the difference 🙌

From “I’ll fit it in if I can”… to structured, strong, and 35 minutes faster 🏁

Matt’s story starts how a lot do. Long hours, full days, family life growing, and training always pushed to “if there’s time.”

But there never really was.

Before T2FIT it was the usual cycle: sign up, a few treadmill sessions, then stop. Not because he didn’t care but because there was no structure to make it stick.

In 2023, Matt was 93kg. That number had been climbing for nearly a decade. Instead of trying harder, he chose to try differently.

With coaching, a plan, and sessions blocked into his calendar 4–5 times a week, training became scheduled, not optional.

The results:

🔥 8kg down
📉 10% drop in body fat
💪 Muscle mass up from 37kg to 42kg

And then came the performance:

🏁 T2ROX in 1:17
🏃‍♂️ 5K PB: 22:22
🏃‍♂️ 10K PB: 48:18
🏃‍♂️ Half Marathon PB: 1:44:43 — 35 minutes faster than 2015

This wasn’t grinding alone. It was group sessions, run club, coaching, and a community moving in the same direction.

Matt didn’t just get fitter. He got structured. Accountable. Consistent.

What a day… ATHX 2026 💥

Yesterday, our incredible members took on ATHX and absolutely smashed it. We couldn’t be prouder watching them step up and take on a challenge like this.

Seeing some of our members go from never lifting a weight to completing fitness challenges like ATHX honestly means everything.

The support between everyone throughout the day was unreal, and that’s what made it so special.

A massive well done to every single member who took part. You should be so proud 🤍
