Our in-house event T2X returned for its second year and proved to be a huge success.

A massive well done to everyone who took part and helped bring the day to life. The energy, effort and teamwork on display made it something truly special, with standout moments from start to finish that captured exactly what T2X is all about.

A big thank you as well to for supplying protein ice cream for our members 🍦, for being there on the day providing post-workout massages, and & for bringing the energy and keeping the atmosphere high. We really appreciate you all coming down and being part of it.

Crazy how a few days of sunshine in the UK makes everyone go “oh… summer’s actually coming” 😅

And with that comes the same thought every year…

“Why didn’t I start sooner?”

You start thinking about holidays, BBQs, days out… and then that little voice kicks in.

The one that reminds you how you felt last summer.

Not quite as confident as you wanted to be.
Not fully comfortable.

Saying “next year will be different”… again.

But honestly. You’re not late. You’re right on time.

There’s still plenty of time to feel confident, strong, and actually proud of how you look when the weather sticks around.

And the best part? It’s not just about results…

It’s about becoming someone who shows up for themselves.

Someone who follows through.

Someone who doesn’t end up back in this same position next year.

Because that’s the real shift.

So yeah… it’s April.

But if you’re reading this and it’s hit a nerve even slightly. Take that as your sign.

Most people don’t fail. They just stop. ✋

That was Jamie before T2Fit.

He’d train for a couple of weeks… then fall off.
Never quite building momentum.
Not happy with how he looked. Not feeling his best.

He started with our 90-day programme, ready to give it a real shot. 👊

But part way through, he realised something.
This couldn’t be another short-term push. It had to be long term.

So he upgraded to the year programme and fully committed. 👏

Since then:

✅ Consistent training
✅ Dropped body fat
✅ Built serious strength
✅ Improved his form
✅ More mindful habits inside and outside the gym

Now he’s stronger, more confident, and locked into the process.

He loves the coaching experience and feels supported every step of the way and that support has made all the difference 🙌

This is what happens when you stop starting over and start committing 💪
