A physique takes time, don't try and rush it by taking silly amounts of drugs like so many youngsters are doing because you will peak far too fast, develop too quickly and simply won't be able to attain it in later life or at all unless you continue too run the same dosage of drugs year round. Once you've done so much you can never do a little bit less so think about what you are doing.

Holding a barbell with a pronated grip (palms facing down), bend your knees slightly and bring your torso forward, by bending at the waist, while keeping the back straight until it is almost parallel to the floor. Tip: Make sure that you keep the head up. The barbell should hang directly in front of you as your arms hang perpendicular to the floor and your torso. This is your starting position.
Now, while keeping the torso stationary, breathe out and lift the barbell to you. Keep the elbows close to the body and only use the forearms to hold the weight. At the top contracted position, squeeze the back muscles and hold for a brief pause.
Then inhale and slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
Repeat for the recommended amount of repetitions.

ROMANIAN DEADLIFT🇷🇴🇷🇴🇷🇴.
Hold a bar at hip level with a pronated (palms facing down) grip. Your shoulders should be back, your back arched, and your knees slightly bent. This will be your starting position.
Lower the bar by moving your butt back as far as you can. Keep the bar close to your body, your head looking forward, and your shoulders back. Done correctly, you should reach the maximum range of your hamstring flexibility just below the knee. Any further movement will be compensation and should be avoided for this movement.
At the bottom of your range of motion, return the starting position by driving the hips forward to stand up tall.

The one-arm dumbbell row is an exercise for the muscles of the back and arms, including the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, middle trapezius, rear deltoids and biceps. The row is a pulling motion that is opposite to pressing exercises like the bench press. Rowing is important for muscular balance and upper back posture. If you want to perform a one-arm dumbbell row, you'll need to practice correct posture to avoid hurting yourself.

3 Reasons Why Vegetables Improve Your Physique‼️

Vegetables aren't necessarily what many people talk about when thinking about building muscle or burning fat, but they should! Yes, it goes without saying that getting enough protein, carbohydrates and fats is essential to building muscle and getting your ass in shape. However, vegetables play an extremely crucial role in dictating the way your physique looks and more specifically, the results you achieve. Here is why...

Nutrient Absorption

Like I've always said and will continue to say, you are what you digest. If you cannot absorb and assimilate the nutrients that you're eating then there is no way at all that the food you're eating is going to give you the best results possible. The fibre and enzymes within vegetables are essential to a healthy gut, which contributes towards nutrition absorption. This is arguably even more important with a high protein diet, where it's potentially more acidic.

If you're not consuming enough vegetables then your fibre intake will almost certainly be too low, effecting your nutrient absorption and therefore your overall results.

Insulin Management

The diet you keep can effect your blood sugar levels and with that your insulin response. It's always better to be as insulin sensitive as possible for both muscle growth and fat loss. Consuming more vegetables will help blunt the insulin response from your meals, which usually helps improve insulin sensitivity due to the added fibre.

It's also very important to realise that due to this effect, you're far less likely to suffer acute hunger because your blood sugar levels should remain more balanced. It's usually when they go up and down aggressively that you experience the negative effects.

Immune Health

Vegetables are one of the best sources of micronutrients and phytonutrients, which are essential for improved overall well-being and immune health. If you want to push yourself in the gym, recover and grow then you need to take good care of your immune system. If you don't, your body will always prioritise health over recovery which could therefore effect your overall ability to progress.

It's always a good idea to do everything you can to sustain optimal health anyway, after all this lifestyle is about being healthy. With that said I want you to consume 4-5 portions of fibrous vegetables per day, mostly green!
