🏔️ An Extraordinary Climb, A Powerful Reminder 🌿

As many of you know, our head practitioner Kostas is on his way back from an unforgettable challenge — climbing the top of Mount Kilimanjaro (5,895 metres) in Tanzania in just four days, one day ahead of schedule! ⏱️👏 — alongside his 17-year-old son.

Thanks to breathing retraining prep, mindset work, and having an experienced mountain guide amongst other things they reached the summit — while others had altitude sickness and forced to return by their guides , others got tired and return by their own will and a couple were even airlifted. High altitude is a serious matter if you do not acclimatise properly and pace yourself to what your heart can cope with.
