Weekend mood: messy after salon hair, good tea, awesome company and no plans.
Just letting the energy settle and not needing to do anything with it.

I’ve been obsessively making these dark chocolate strawberries this week as my evening treat — and I’ve come to realise they’re more than just a sweet craving.
They’ve become a little moment of intention… a way to honour softness, pleasure and nourishment without guilt.

Strawberries carry the energy of love and the heart — they’re linked to Venus, beauty and softening into self-worth.
And dark chocolate? Root chakra medicine — grounding, comforting, rich in minerals that support emotional steadiness.

Together they feel like a ritual… a small offering to both body and spirit.
And honestly, it’s been doing more for me than I expected.
