Decorations are up, I’ve had carols playing in the studio, it’s freezing cold outside but toasty warm in the pod and I’ve had a hot chocolate every day this week!

What exactly is Rest & Restore?
It’s a class designed to slow everything down. It blends gentle movement, restorative yoga and guided relaxation to help you unwind and recover - physically, mentally and emotionally.
The heat is gentle and this aim here isn’t sweat, so we recommend you bring a layer for this class.
These slower practices train the body and mind to rest deeply, supporting better sleep, improved focus and a greater sense of calm.
