In every consultation I ask, how much time can you commit to this per week?

Once they’ve told me (usually it’s 3 hours per week around work schedules, my parenting duties, and so on) they usually follow it by saying “but I’d like to go 5 times a week.”

Naturally I ask, why?

Value is not volume. The value comes from the efficiency and intensity of the programme which is aligned with your consistent time availability.
