The Pilates Lab offeris small group matwork pilates classes (maximum 8 in a group) and one to one private mat session, or private Tower sessions (On the Equipment)

Whatever level of fitness, irrespective of age, The Pilates Lab is here to help you! Beginners will learn the basics of pilates including correct breathing, pelvic, spinal and shoulder stabilisation and how to strengthen the abdominals, back and leg muscles. During the pilates classes you are taught good movement skills step by step, which will ultimately give you the strength and flexibility to perform the more complex exercises. Don't forget 80% of the UK population has or has had backache. Pilates success rate in solving problems has brought it to the attention of osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists and doctors.
