Receiving a facial is so much more than a facial.

It’s an opportunity to slow down, stop and have a reset.

While stimulating lymphatic flow, draining puffy skin and increasing oxygenated blood to the tissues are key factors in a facial, working the Marma Points and doing Facial Reflexology bring so much more to the treatment.

These movements help unlock tension and can release blockages that have built up over time.

🌻 Weekend break in the country to relax and restore.

🌺 It is time for me to take some time to myself to rest and recover. Flu last week took its toll and made me realise it was time to practice what I preach!

🌷 Sleep , country air and locally grown produce cooked for me by a lovely friend is just the medicine.

🚨Travelling by car enabled me to bring my Flex MD LED light Therapy machine - I have plenty of time to use it this weekend.

Taking time for yourself doesn’t always involve spending lots of money. These are my DIY tools that get lots of use on a daily basis - sometimes a rushed few minutes while the kettle is boiling or when watching TV.

But this weekend I have devoted time to nurture myself so that I’m back in my treatment room on Monday revitalised and full of energy for YOU!
