💫 Experimenting with butterfly pea flowers that I bought recently in Malaysia for tomorrows workshop.

✨ Traditionally used in Southeast Asian traditional herbal medicine for both colour and bio active compounds and antioxidants.

💫 The flowers are rich in anthocyanins. Which neutralize free radicals. Also known to reduce redness and inflammation.

✨ First I made a “tea” when the flowers and water.

💫 Then I added Kaolin clay, coconut milk powder, hyaluronic acid and uplifting, refreshing organic grapefruit essential oil.

✨ My skin felt so soft afterwards.

💫 Today we did some face yoga and facial massage and followed up with a fresh clay face mask with charcoal & spirulina and blended it with organic frankincense & rose floral waters.

I love travelling to countries where I source ingredients for my skincare.
I use organic butterfly blue pea flowers in some of my face masks and in my Facial Steam.

The Botox debate is always an interesting one. Thank you for including my opinion in

Face Yoga is definitely a commitment. You have to put the work in to see the results. But it’s natural and, over time, it will lift those muscles on your face and help soften fine lines - one of the key results is the inner confidence you will feel. Glowing from the inside out.

✨ Last week I did a Face Yoga workshop for 13 ladies on their Yoga teacher training course.

💫 Thank you for hosting me and giving the ladies the opportunity to study a part of the body that many Yoga and Pilates courses don’t include.

✨ The head and the body are so connected.

💫 We had lots of fun and laughter.
