Awareness & Tracking 📊

You may or may not know this 🤔

Changing your body and just being healthy, can sometimes be very different. There are many ways to live after all, none necessarily right or wrong 😵‍💫

If you are struggling to lose, maintain or gain weight, then maybe it’s because of this👇

Calories are a big topic, however, the most important part to long-term sustainability, regardless of your goals, is awareness, tracking, and holding yourself accountable.

1. Know your daily calorie/protein goal

2. Educate yourself a little on some of the regular or common foods you consume

3. If you can’t manage your calories daily or weekly without counting them, track with an app (my fitness pal) or use a coach to help you with it all

4. If you want to lose weight/fat, firstly you will need to be in a calorie deficit

This post is about awareness and tracking to help with consistency and education 🎯

Use the Harris Benedict formula to help you understand your targets, goals and also your energy expenditure (TDEE).

Remember, awareness is key 🔑
