It was a lovely opportunity to share a little about what we do — reminding everyone how important it is to take care of ourselves, not just others, and to truly appreciate our wellbeing.

We were also offering Acupressure Seated Massage on the day, giving people a moment to pause, reset, and feel the difference.

You can find us there every Friday & Saturday 💆‍♀️
And we’re looking forward to welcoming you to our women’s workshop next Sunday, 29th March.
