Earlier this week, Circle Health Group won the Personnel Today Workplace Culture Award in the larger employer category.

Alongside over 150 other finalists we were singled out as an organisation that had gone above and beyond to create a culture that listened to and valued its employees. Moreover, judges recognised Circle's culture as being pivotal to the organisation's success in recent years.

Commenting on the award, David Cooper, Chief People Officer: "Culture is key to creating a high performing organisation. We want our people to feel they work in an organisation that values, empowers and listens to them. Only then can they do their best work. I'm delighted that our hard work and dedication to making that a commitment a reality has been recognised on a national level."

Congratulations to our fellow winners and finalists at the Personnel Today Awards 2025.

Most people can’t name a symptom of pancreatic cancer and that’s the problem.

Persistent indigestion, unexplained weight loss, loss of appetite and extreme tiredness are only some of the symptoms that can often be mistaken for other conditions.

Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest forms of cancer, often diagnosed too late for effective treatment. But awareness can change that.

If something doesn’t feel right, speak to your GP. Read more about pancreatic cancer and its symptoms here https://tinyurl.com/ReadMoreAboutPancreaticCancer
