Tuesday Pause
Some mornings gift you a moment that feels like a deep breath for the soul.
This was mine today: the Thames, a bare winter tree, and a quiet stillness that somehow lifted me.
If your week already feels too full, overwhelming, or a little wobbly,
take a moment to stand still, soften your shoulders, breathe in deeply, and let something go on the exhale.
I certainly need to, as life has been so hectic for so many months with never quite enough hours.
So I reminded myself today:
“You don’t have to fix everything. Just come back to your breath and ground yourself.”
