Rome wasn't built in one day!
Any goals you have in your mind (build muscle, lose fat, condition body etc...) don't rush, take your time and be patient.
Everyone wants fast results (buying magic fat-burn pills, miracles shakers and sticking to a strict diet) and this is equal to a high probability of falling off after a few months, because not SUSTAINABLE.
Change habits need time, I always cite the example of a ci******es smoker: when a habitual smoker decided to stop smoking, can stop the day after.
He/she needs weeks, months sometimes even years to let his/her body and mind stay without ni****ne for the rest of his/her life.
The same thing happens when you want to improve your physique.
Example 1️⃣: if you want to lose body fat and your daily calories is 3000kcal you cant drop to 1800kcal the day after, your body is not ready for it and your mind and motivation will collapse soon.

Example 2️⃣: if in the last year you never trained, you can't start from tomorrow training 6 days a week, soon or after you'll get injured because your body is not ready for it.

Your body and mind need to adapt to a new stimulus, step by step, day after day.
