Motherhood changes many things.
Including the way we care for ourselves.
Before becoming a mother, self-care might have meant long moments just for you.
Now it can look different. Quieter. Shorter. Simpler.
Maybe it’s a few minutes to move your body.
A slow, intentional breath.
A small pause in the middle of a busy day.
And sometimes it might simply mean sitting quietly…
or lying down, looking up at the sky,
allowing yourself a moment to just be.
To all the mothers and to myself holding so much every day, a gentle reminder to care for yourself too.
