Osteopathy is a form of Manual Medicine and is safe for adults and elderly to pregnancy and sports people and babies. Jigsaw osteopathy is a brand new osteopathic establishment based in the Hyde Park Business complex in Hayes & Harlington, with a focus on remedying musculoskeletal aches & pains using a more developed and informed skill set. We know that despite there being common symptoms for these types of aches and pains, each patient's case is unique. So we provide bespoke treatment plans to our patients by 'looking at the bigger picture'. this holistic perspective allows us to take into account all possible external or internal influences that may be effecting you; and always ends with our practise finding that missing 'jigsaw piece', resulting in a rapid recovery. Common areas we treat:

• Back & Neck Pain

• Headaches

• Trapped Nerves

• Sciatica

• Arthritis

• Whiplash Injuries

• Shoulder, Elbow & Wrist Problems

• Pelvis, Hip, Knee, Leg, Ankle & Foot Problems

• Sports And Other Injuries

Over the past few weeks I’ve had the privilege of volunteering with in a remote village near Udon Thani, Thailand, where access to healthcare is very limited for many vulnerable people.

My role was to provide physio care for local villagers who had suffered injuries and strokes, in a setting where healthcare is greatly needed, as well as teaching English to children in the local primary and kindergarten schools (mad respect to my teacher friends - who knew kids loved the number 6 and 7 😂).

Volunteer2Thai also organised a Christmas event for the community, made possible by the kindness of people who volunteered their time and donated to help feed around 180 children, provide presents and decorations, and even support sports equipment — which is so important here, as the kids absolutely love it.

It’s been a profound and humbling experience working with such lovely people. Huge respect to Raimund, who runs Volunteer2Thai and does incredible work creating opportunities and support for both the children and the villagers in this community.

It was also so lovely meeting the other volunteers and sharing this experience together.
Feeling truly blessed to have been part of it. ❤️

Today is the 12 year anniversary since the Jigsaw Osteopathy Clinic opened and started providing osteopathic medicine to the local community. Over the last 12 years 1000s of patients have walked through our doors, each with their own story and on their own journey,

Over the years we’ve had the privilege of supporting patients from all walks of life, from new parents and their little ones, to athletes chasing major competitions. We’ve helped people avoid surgery, manage chronic pain, come off long-term medications, and even ditch a few sets of crutches along the way.

Some of our meaningful milestones include helping raise £102,000 for the Kids for Life charity supporting children with cancer, working with Under the Sky London to provide meals for the homeless, and delivering osteopathic care at Treehouse / Kids Company in Kilburn. Working and training in the NHS supporting patients in A&E and acute medical and neurological wards to post operative rehab and MSK clinics.

In recent years, Jigsaw has grown further with the addition of Physiotherapy, allowing me to blend both professions into one integrated based approach. Currently, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to take these skills overseas, volunteering and treating communities across Southeast Asia, which has been one of the most grounding and meaningful experiences of my career. 🌏✨

I’m truly humbled by this journey and moved by every person I’ve met along the way. I genuinely love what I do, and I’m excited for what the future holds… more growth, learning, and ways to support the community.

Thank you to my family, friends, and to every single Jigsaw Osteopathy patient for your trust, loyalty, and constant referrals.

We wouldn’t be here without you. 🙏🏽💙

✨ The past 2 weeks in Bali have been nothing short of incredible. I’ve had the privilege of working with children living with disabilities, supporting them through hands-on care and movement, and learning so much from their strength, joy, and resilience.

🙏 The Hands With Heart Foundation are doing incredible work raising awareness and providing care where it’s most needed. Posting these photos (shared with permission) helps shine a light on the work being done here and brings more visibility to the children’s communities they support.

🌍 What’s also been so special is the chance to collaborate and learn with experienced practitioners from around the world — osteopaths, doctors, physiotherapists, physical therapists — each bringing their own skills, perspectives, and compassion.

💙 Every day brought its challenges, but also moments that made me grateful to be here. Proud to play my part. Some days fill you with light in ways words can’t capture — and these last two weeks have definitely been filled with lots of those 🫶🏽.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported me on this journey. Your encouragement and donations made this possible 🙏🏽

Can’t believe it’s come around so quickly – airport ready and officially off! ✈️
Channeling my inner Ninja Turtle 🐢 with this shell of a backpack as I head out to Southeast Asia for a 4 months of travelling and volunteering.
I’m so excited for new experiences, giving back, and learning along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported and donated towards the volunteering project – it truly means so much as I set off on this journey 🙏🏽
See you all in 2026 👋🏽

Danny’s Trip to the Physiotherapist” – A Comic for Heroes with DMD 🦹‍♂️

👉🏽Swipe through to see a project close to my heart! I created and illustrated this comic book as part of a university assignment to help young people with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) feel more confident and informed about their physiotherapy journey.

❓Duchenne is a rare genetic condition that causes progressive muscle weakness — but with the right support and care, children can maintain independence and quality of life for longe

The goal?
👉 Make hospital visits less scary
👉 Celebrate multidisciplinary care
👉 Show that movement, play, and support go hand-in-hand

From hydrotherapy to balance testing, this comic explores it all — through Danny’s eyes 💬

📲 I’ve linked this post to my illustration page .by.arj where i will be creating more health resources and revision guides shortly .

Let me know what you think — and if you’d like to use this in clinic, drop me a message!

As always one love

After starting my journey in healthcare 15 years ago, I’m finally doing something I’ve dreamed of for nearly a decade.

This September, I’ll be heading to Southeast Asia for 3 months to travel and to volunteer as an Osteopath and Physiotherapist. I’ll be working with charities that support communities who often don’t have access to consistent healthcare — providing therapy, education, and hands-on support. I’ll be starting in Bali with handswithheartinternational

I’ve set up a GoFundMe to help cover the volunteering costs: including therapy and teaching resources, accessibility tools, and basic medical equipment. If you’re able to help or share, I’d be so grateful 💛

This journey is personal. I truly believe that healthcare is a human right — not a privilege — and that every person, no matter where they’re from, deserves access to compassionate, skilled, and inclusive care.

This mission is more than a trip. It’s a chance to give back, to share what I’ve learned over the past 15 years, and to support communities doing inspiring work with limited resources.

I’ve spent a decade helping people move better. Here’s where I am now.

Hey there 👋🏽 I wanted to reintroduce myself — especially as I step into a new chapter in my journey.

I’m Arjun Mehra, a British-registered Osteopath and now also a qualified Physiotherapist — passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain.

Over the last 10+ years, I’ve supported thousands of people through my clinic Jigsaw osteopathy — helping them recover from neck and back pain, tendon and muscle issues, sports injuries, manage chronic conditions, support pregnancy and postnatal care, and get back to the activities that give life meaning. That’s meant everything from getting athletes back to the sports they love, to helping musicians return to playing concerts pain-free.

As part of my physiotherapy training, I completed placements across hospitals from A&E, Acute Medical Units to Acute Stroke care. During my osteopathy degree, I worked in diverse healthcare settings — including HIV outpatient clinics, pregnancy clinics, sports clinics, MSK centres, homeless services, and multidisciplinary teams.

Over the years I’ve learned that no two people — and no two recoveries — are the same.

Every patient is on their own journey, and my role is to meet you where you are and tailor your treatment accordingly.

I now draw from osteopathy, physiotherapy, NHS and private sector experience, advanced CPD training, and 12 years of clinical practice to build treatment plans that are truly individualised and holistic.

This isn’t just a job for me — it’s a calling.
I feel deeply invested in the people I work with and the stories they bring.

I believe in empowering people to move well, live freely, and trust their bodies again — no matter where they’re starting from.

If you’re new here — welcome.
If you’ve been part of this journey already — thank you.

Swipe through to get to know me, my story, and how I work.

📩 DM me if you have questions, or want to find out if I can help.

Inbound: London! 🚆

After two incredible years living in the southeast of England—traveling for placements, living out of a suitcases, and making more train trips than I can count and working as a locum in a hospital—it’s finally time to come back home.

I’ve loved the coastal life, the fresh air, the change of pace and made some life long friends. It’s been an amazing experience, full of growth and learning. But now, I’m excited for the next chapter—bringing my expanded skill set back to London and to Jigsaw Osteopathy Clinic. Looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones!

Will let you all know when l have my work diary up and open for appointments!

One love
