For almost a year, we’ve been building something powerful in our Floating Community Hub 💬☕
Our local Neighbourhood Police Officers have been joining us once and sometimes twice every month at Floating Community Hub for Cuppa & Coppa.

This isn’t just a meeting…
It’s a safe space to talk, be heard, and build trust 🤝
Together, we are:
✔ Strengthening relationships
✔ Supporting residents holistically
✔ Creating safer communities

The session started with tears as we gently sat with loss, grief, and the idea of a “happy place”…
and it ended with laughter, connection, vulnerability, and healing ❤️

Today was a reminder that grief is not one thing.
It is not linear.
It can hold sadness and joy in the same space.

Through colour, creativity, and community, people were able to express what words sometimes cannot.

Grief can be loss of loved ones, lose of old way of being, lose of job, loss of health, something valuable 😢

Stories were shared, some spoken, some painted, some simply felt.

What began as a heavy space slowly softened…
Walls came down, hearts opened, and connection took its place.

This is the power of creating safe, compassionate spaces.
This is the power of being seen, heard, and held without pressure.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and trusted the process 🤍

We are so excited for what is shaping up to be a beautiful and impactful day for our community 🌸

This event wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our funders, partners, and donors — thank you for investing in the wellbeing of families, children, and our wider community 🙏🏽

Because of your support, we are able to provide:
✨ Free Easter activities for children
✨ A safe and welcoming space for families
✨ Wellbeing support, including our much-loved massage therapy

We are especially grateful that through the support of CVA and Reedham, we were able to donate presents to families during Christmas 🎁

✨ Art for Healing – Jewellery Workshop ✨

What a beautiful March session 💗
All who attended had never made jewellery before…
but by the end of a 2 hours workshop, everyone left with multiple meaningful pieces they created themselves, with therapeutic and practical support from
Coach Elizabeth who made jewellery for a living years ago.

This is what happens when you create a safe, supportive space where people can slow down, reflect, and express themselves.

We are so excited to welcome tomorrow an expert delivering Sleep Course, certificate of completion will be given to all who attend full Course tomorrow at Floating Community Hub

We’re welcoming an expert guest who will be delivering powerful training on the benefits of sleep, something that impacts our mood, focus, leadership, parenting, business decisions, health, and overall wellbeing.

This session is for you.

Sleep is foundational. When we rest well, we think clearly, lead better, feel stronger, and support others more effectively. Our goal is to build Community Champions, people who are healthy themselves and equipped to help others become healthy too.
