I am a fully qualified Transformational Breath®️ Facilitator and Group leader with over 18 years of leadership experience in a high-performing corporate career. I am also a health coach with a qualification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am one of 31 people being mentored by Irene Lyon, a world renouned master somatic practitioner. I am trauma informed and passionate about bringing more regulation to your nervous system through somatic practices and breathwork. Jon

🎯Join us 29th of November at 2:00 pm to gently stretch the edges of your comfort zone and experience growth the sustainable way.

This workshop is unique and largely has to do with how we begin.

Before delving into a full Conscious Connected Breathwork session, we’ll spend time exploring the breath in a slow, curious, body-led way. Think of it as gently reorganizing your system from the inside out—small movements, subtle awareness shifts, and effortless experimentation that helps the nervous system settle and open.

This kind of preparatory breath exploration does something important: it clears the noise. It softens the bracing you don’t even know you’re doing. It gives your body a chance to remember that change doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful.

Then, when we transition into the CCB journey, you’re already more receptive, more grounded, and more connected to your actual capacity. Instead of pushing yourself into intensity, you’re meeting your edges from a place of safety and choice. Experiences land more cleanly. Integration is smoother. Growth happens without the system going into protection. It reminds you that you have agency over your experience because you are in the driver's seat.

The combination creates a “safe stretch zone”—the place where you’re expanding, but not overriding. Where you’re stepping past the familiar, but not abandoning yourself to do it.

That’s the heart of this workshop: transformation that respects the body and honours its pace, and still invites you forward.

🍁 Change is often challenging. In life, there is a natural urge to hang on, retain or preserve things essential to us —relationships, possessions, beliefs, or experiences.

🍁 Holding on can provide us with a sense of security and stability.
However, there are also times when letting go becomes crucial for our growth and wellbeing.

🍁 Letting go signifies releasing and surrendering things that no longer serve us. It involves letting go of old habits, unfulfilling relationships, or limiting beliefs.

🍁 Letting go is also about creating space for creativity and new experiences.

🍁 Finding a balance between holding on and letting go is crucial for a fulfilling life.

🍁 Clinging too tightly or refusing to let go of what no longer serves us can lead to stagnation, suffering, or missed opportunities.

🍁 On the other hand, being too quick to let go without considering the value of what we're releasing may lead to regret.

🍁 The balance is not static; it shifts with life's changing circumstances, new perspectives and new priorities.

🍁 What you hold onto during one phase of life is what you need to let go of in another.

🍁 Mindful holding on means being consciously aware of why you keep certain things.

🍁 Mindful letting go involves recognising when releasing something is more beneficial than keeping it.
