Between the endless to-do lists and festive chaos, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed.

But holiday stress doesn’t have to take over your season.

Here are some simple ways to help you feel calm and in control:

🥗 Start your day with something nourishing, like yoghurt with berries or eggs on wholegrain toast, to stabilise energy and digestion.

🏃A brisk walk or 10 minutes of stretching can work wonders for your mood and energy levels. Keep it simple!

💧 Don’t forget to drink water, even between those festive drinks!
