Our community came together for a deeply moving Remembrance Day commemoration. Each resident proudly wore a poppy badge as a symbol of remembrance and respect. ❤️

We were joined by Christ Church Anerley , who shared a poignant message reminding us of the importance of honouring our fallen soldiers. Together with church members Bill, Deborah, and David, our residents lifted their voices in hymns and joined in heartfelt communal prayers. 🙏

The solemn occasion concluded with fellowship and refreshments, a time to reflect, connect, and give thanks. It was truly a day of respect, reflection, and remembrance. 🌹

At Burrows House, we celebrated Diwali with lights, music, and delicious food. Our staff prepared wonderful dishes for everyone and explained the significance of this special festival. 💛

Residents and their families had a fantastic time enjoying the food and dancing along to the music. 🎶💃🕺 Fairy lights and beautiful decorations around the lounge made the celebration even more magical for residents, families, and staff. 🌟

We’ve been celebrating some very special birthdays recently - Andrew, Patricia, Balkis, and Linda all had a fantastic time marking their big day! 🥳

We celebrated Black History Month in true style — with a vibrant party filled with music, dancing, and cultural pride! 🎉 One of our very own talented staff members took the mic as the singer for the day, and both residents and staff were moving to the rhythm and loving the vibes. 🎤💃🕺

It was a joy to be joined by families who came along to share in the fun. We also enjoyed a delicious spread of food from across the Caribbean, Africa, and Morocco — a real feast for the senses! 🌍🍲
