Also, this is beyond easy to prep and cook taking little time and being pretty hands off.
Pan Frying : Minutes
Oven Roasting : You can walk away and do something else for 20-25mins
Steaming Veg : Minutes
You have no excuse not to nourish yourself properly with this approach if youâre telling yourself you want to be healthier, protect yourself from disease and lose weightâŚeven if youâre busy and with little time (..because as shown, it doesnât take much time or effort)âŚ
