1. A Lean Protein Source (Tuna Steak/Wild Salmon/Lean Turkey/Chicken..etc)

If you’re telling yourself. ‘I don’t like it’ … ‘It’s boring’ … ‘I won’t be satisfied’ etc…

That’s what I used to tell myself when I used to feel like s**t and tired most of the time…

I’m addicted to eating like this now (for one meal per day when it’s required because remember you DO need carbs at other times of the day too!) because of the way it makes me feel and what it gives me…e.g…better mood, better recovery, a better leaner body…better performance…etc

Also, this is beyond easy to prep and cook taking little time and being pretty hands off.

Pan Frying : Minutes
Oven Roasting : You can walk away and do something else for 20-25mins
Steaming Veg : Minutes

You have no excuse not to nourish yourself properly with this approach if you’re telling yourself you want to be healthier, protect yourself from disease and lose weight…even if you’re busy and with little time (..because as shown, it doesn’t take much time or effort)…

Be Honest…

Do you sit on your phone for 5 minutes between sets…?

Do you cruise resting for longer than you need to between sets?

If you’re actually wanting to spend less time in the gym but gain gains for your health, fat loss, strength and leaning down…

Bring the intensity and what you have in the tank…even when no one is watching…

This simple approach. (Take a look around the gym to see how many people are implementing it?) …Almost none?

Maximise ROI on time and effort spent. Train smarter. Don’t slack. Rest when you should…push where you should as well!

Super-Setting and even Tri-Setting with that level of intensity will bring you other benefits beyond ‘traditionally’ sitting on one station, with one exercise, for three sets, for 15 minutes…

I find the underestimation of ‘small things’ a huge and common problem….
