As a small family-run business we rely on Google for customs. Every review is genuine and truly appreciated. Every 5-star is earned with our therapists’ and Front of House hard work. But when Google Reviews are used as weapons, it hurts more than words can show.

For us, Google Reviews aren’t just stars on a screen. They’re the stories of people we’ve helped, the trust we’ve built, and the craft our therapists pour their hearts into every single day. They’re how new clients discover us, how we learn to improve, and how we celebrate the joy of what we do.

Sadly, this isn’t something new but lately it has taken another level. Not just threats of “give us a free treatment or we’ll post a 1-star,” but now even untrue reviews left by people who have never had a treatment with us. It’s disheartening for the therapists who work so hard, and challenging for small businesses that depend on honesty and fairness.

We remain proud of the service we offer. We know the trust people place in us when they walk through our doors, and we never take that lightly. Genuine feedback be it good or bad guides us, helps us grow, and keeps us accountable. But when Google Reviews are used to intimidate, it undermines what reviews are meant to be.

To every client who has ever taken a moment to share your real experience, we thank you🙏🏼. You remind us why we do what we do, and you help others find a space built with care, expertise and heart. ✨
