So, I’ve done my best in separating my business page from my personal profile because I heard (and seen) fellow professionals get their profile banned for posting business stuff.

Well, I’m sure whoever is reading this has heard of the phrase “work life balance.”
However unhealthy this may sound, when you run your own business “work becomes life and life becomes work,” so my balance is:
“work is life and life is work,” and I am a testament to a balance that works.

It works because there’s no separation, so there’s no abandonment issues 😄

I get the “Friday Feeling” everyday.

I often don’t want to sleep because the day I had was magnificent and I didn’t want it to stop.

At 49, I’m not “getting out of bed” I’m jumping so I can serve and own the day.

You become “something” not “someone”

You are of service

To be of service is the highest order of virtue

Do I recommend starting and running your own business? Yes.

Do I think it’s for everyone? No.

What’s the point of this post?

Turning words into works.

Through the many years as a “personal brand and business owner,” my words, when planted, have worked so well for people.

They’ve worked because they’ve done the work.

Nothing works unless you do the work.
There’s no hack, shortcut, quick fix.
There is vision, drive, determination, discipline utter disregard for the echo chamber, and the main ingredient of KINDNESS.

Pansanity Fitness Studio is the place where all the above takes place.

Pansanity Panny had a vision in 2017 and he allowed me to come for a ride in the early years. 4 years later, we continue to plant wellness seeds in people’s minds, give them the tools, knowledge and help them develop the skills to live long, fit, healthy, productive and Fulfilling lives.

The journey has allowed me to surround myself with the greatest minds on this planet. It has helped me forge relationships that are forever etched in the realm of gratitude.

It has led me to a place of family bliss where all six of us, with our individual powers, will make this world a better place.

It has reconnected me with Andreas Christou who, at one stage was my life partner 😆.

This is an unashamed plug for the business that changes lives through a simple concept called “the gym”

Three exercises to build the legs you want

Watch in silence, prepare for your noise

1️⃣ Leg Extensions - So, one leg up, contract at the top, land it with control. Alternate to the other leg. Once both legs have landed. Deep breath and hold the breath whilst you extend both legs.
The breath comes out, as you descend coming into land both legs.

2️⃣ Raw Front Squats - Keep the bar “racked” across your clavicle and cushion it with your shoulders.
Hip hinge, keep your knees aligned with your toes throughout the full Range of Movement.
Deep breath in as you start. Breath out in the starting position as you perform a full rep braced.

3️⃣ Leg Press - if you’re using the same one I am, position your feet with the toes slightly lower than shoulder height.
Keep your feet planted on the platform, with no favouritism for the where the pressure is coming from. THINK PLANTED.
Release the slack of the seat (listen for the click). Brace yourself and with that deep breath in, launch.
Keep your knees soft at the top and look at the stack so that you can get a hairs breath gap before you “clang” the weight.
The breath comes out, only when you “peak” at the top, and you breath in on the descend as you prepare to launch again.

That writing thing I do.

I’m still doing the writing thing.

So Pansanity Fitness Studio is the place that physiques, moods, spirits and beliefs get lifted.

2️⃣ The lying down flat bench single Dumbbell pullover

3️⃣ The lying down flat bench raw free weight EX bar pullover

Keep entire body braced. Nothing hollow. The range is key, especially at full extension when the lats want to pop open, grow wings and fly.
